Details

This half day is going to be dedicated to discovering the history of Marrakech. The visit can start either morning or afternoon, and it's going to last approximately 3 hours. Most of the visit is going to take place inside the Old town of Marrakech known as The medina, and it is done by walking. You will be assisted by an English speaking tour guide who will show you the attractions of the city.

This is a half day tour in the red city Marrakech. In this tour you will explore various sides of Marrakech old town the medina with your guide and get to see some old monuments that narrate a part of this ancient city's past. You will start your morning by taking a picture next to the great Mosque of the Koutoubia, then dive in the old medina passing by its vibrant streets that are full with handicrafts and objects new to the eyes. you shall visit the secret garden, a beautiful garden on the inside that separates you from the chaos and noise of the souks and busy streets. and you will also visit Medrasa ben Youssef which used to be a dormitory for students who sought knowledge in the old days. Now it's a destination for tourists from all over the world to admire its architecture and beauty from the inside. Then you shall pass by various sections of the medina where you will get to know the different kinds of handicrafts that artisans are making.
